Our farm is located is located in Morangis near Epernay, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards.
Passed down from generation to generation, the love of the vine and the wine composes the very essence of the cuvées.
The manual work and the thoughts of the vine, the traditional winemaking combined with the modern techniques, all builds the image and the reputation of our Champagnes.
Originally Roger BOUTILLAT and his wife Germaine were winegrowers in MORANGIS
In 1966, Alain Boutillat settled down as a winemaker
In 1973, the Champagne brand Alain Boutillat was created
In 1996, Alain teamed up with his daughter Valérie
In September 2023 Mathilde, Valerie's daughter joined us on the cultivation after having completed a BTS vines and wines at the Champagne wine high school in Avize.

TRADITION AND AUTHENTICITY
The caution and the care that we brought to our vines throughout the year have been giving us a high quality harvest, allowing us to develop very beautiful cuvées with inimitable aromas. It is our delight to accompany your most beautiful events.
Our wines are supervised by an oenologist, the three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grown in the farm.
80 % of Pinot Noir and Meunier - 20 % of Chardonnay
It covered by an intense yellow golden color (robe) embellished with columns of fine bubbles.
The rich and delicate aromas offer notes of candied fruits such as dried apricot. After a few moments, it is enriched with creamy, spices and pepper notes.
The palate is round and tasty. We could find also some notes of fleshy yellow fruits. It will be appreciated by all.
Ideal for your festive aperitif, do not hesitate to extend throughout the meal on a poultry with candied fruits for example.
Cuvée suivante40 % of Pinot Noir or Meunier - 60 % of Chardonnay
With beautiful pale gold and silvery highlights color. The effervescence remains lively with persistent thin long lines bubbles.
The aroma testifies the maturity of the wine itself. It rich and complexes. With notes of yellow fruits and some notes of roasted aroma (rusks) mixed with dried fruits and lime-blossom trees.
The palate is well-balanced, vinous and round. And finally embellished with subtle zest of citrus notes.
This champagne is perfect to accompany white meats.
Cuvée précédente Cuvée suivante100% Chardonnay
This wine has a sparkling golden robe. The effervescence is fine, elegant and persistent at the same time.
The nose is fine and spicy. At first, the wine exhales aromas of peppermint, ginger and lemon zest. The fragrances are delicate, persistent and develop providing freshness and delicacy.
After a few moments, the mouth becomes rounder and winey, wrapped in notes of spring honey, nutmeg, green almond, hazelnut and dried apricot.
To be tested with grilled poultry with its white sauce but also to accompany a fresh and acidulous dessert (crunchy exotic fruit ice-cream passion, poached peaches with lemon verbena).

The intense pink raspberry with slightly copper color. The fine white foam contrasts perfectly.
The aroma is rich, expressive and present. Marked by red compote berries (wild strawberry, raspberry), there are also notes of menthol and pepper that bring freshness.
The attack is fresh. After that, the palate becomes round and tasty with the strawberry and the currant.
Perfect for an aperitif, you may try to serve it with fruit salad based on red fruits (strawberries, raspberry, currants, citrus fruits) and some fresh mint leaves.

It covered with light yellow color. The effervescence is pleasant without aggressiveness. A thin bead of foam adorns the glass durably.
The aroma is fine, elegant, dominated by citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and some bread toasted notes.
First fresh and lively, the palate becomes rounder, fuller. In the end has a nice long creamy and citrus fruits notes (oranges, grapefruit).
You can serve it on a white fish and why not such as sole meunière.

The straw yellow color is the expression of the mature champagnes.
The effervescence remains present.
The aroma is mature, rich and complex: dried fruits, spices, caramel with milk.
The palate is winey, full of aromas of yellow fruits. In the end some bitters note and candied citrus bring a nice length.
To enjoy with connoisseurs. It can also be served with a duck or hard cheese, or an old Beaufort for example.
